We provide support, guidance, and practical assistance to NDIS participants and families across South East Queensland and South-East Melbourne.
Navigating the NDIS can feel complex and overwhelming. At Tautua Support Services, we work alongside participants to help them understand their plans, communicate their goals, and access the supports available to them, while always respecting choice, control, and independence.
As a Registered NDIS Provider working across Brisbane, South-East Queensland, and Melbourne’s South-East, we provide disability support that honours culture, family, and community, so participants can move forward with confidence and clarity.

Why Participant Support & Guidance Matters
Clear information, understanding, and confidence are essential for participants to make informed decisions about their supports. Our role is to support participants to engage with the NDIS system, understand their options, and communicate their preferences, not to speak on their behalf or act as an independent advocate.
How Tautua Supports Participants
At Tautua, we support participants to prepare for plan reviews, understand funded supports, and communicate their needs clearly and confidently.
Our team provides guidance, information, and practical assistance to help participants engage with planners, support coordinators, and allied health professionals, while maintaining each person’s right to self-determination.
We focus on capacity building, not representation.
We can support participants with:
-
Understanding NDIS plans and funded supports
-
Preparing for plan reviews and meetings
-
Identifying goals and preferences
-
Communication support and confidence building
-
Cultural and family-inclusive support approaches
-
Collaboration with support coordinators, therapists, and LACs

This journey can be confusing, frustrating, and sometimes highly complex, luckily you don't have to do it alone! We support you throughout your journey by providing information, guidance, and practical assistance, so you feel confident making decisions about your own supports.
By working alongside Allied Health, Supports Coordinators and the NDIS, opportunities open up for you to access the support you deserve.

We’ll manage the details so you can focus on your goals - knowing your care is delivered with respect, reliability, and genuine connection.
Independent Advocacy
Tautua Support Services does not provide independent advocacy services.
If a participant requires independent advocacy support, we encourage engagement with a registered independent advocacy organisation. Our team can assist participants to identify appropriate external resources if requested.
In Queensland, we support participants in Brisbane, Logan, Bayside, Gold Coast, Ipswich and South-West areas, working closely with local community networks. In Victoria, we deliver NDIS support throughout Cranbourne, Clyde North, Narre Warren, Berwick and Melbourne’s South-East corridor, ensuring multicultural communities have access to clear, culturally competent support. No matter the location, our goal is the same: to make sure every participant feels truly supported and confident engaging with the NDIS.
Finding Independent Disability Advocacy Support
Tautua Support Services does not provide independent advocacy services. If you are seeking independent disability advocacy, we encourage you to access trusted external resources.
Ask Izzy is a free, nationally recognised service supported by the NDIS that helps people find independent disability advocacy organisations across Australia. The Disability Advocacy Finder allows participants, families, and carers to search for advocacy services based on location, needs, and support type.
